크리스마스의 기도

 

Loving Father, help us to remember the birth of Jesus,
that we may share in the song of the angels,
the gladness of the shepherds, and the worship of the wise men.

사랑의 아버지, 예수님의 탄생을 기억하게 하여 주시고,

고로 우리가 천사들의 노래와 목자들의 기쁨, 그리고 현인들의 예배를 나누게 하소서.

May we close the door of hate and open the door of love all over the world.
Let kindness come with every gift and good desires with every greeting.
우리가 미움의 문을 닫게 하고, 세상 도처에 사랑의 문을 열게 하여 주소서.

친절함이 매 번의 선물과 더불어 오게 하고, 선한 바램들이 매 번의 인사와 더불어 오게 하소서.

May You deliver us from evil by the blessing which Christ brings,
and teach us to be merry with clear hearts.

주님, 우리를 그리스도가 가져다 주시는 축복으로 사악함에서 구하여 주시고,

우리에게 맑은 마음으로 즐거워 할 수 있도록 가르쳐 주소서.

May the Christmas morning make us happy to be Thy children,
and the Christmas evening bring us to our beds with grateful thoughts, forgiving and forgiven, for Jesus' sake. Amen.

크리스마스 아침이 우리로 하여금 주님의 자녀들이 되는 것을 기쁘게 하여 주시고,

크리스마스 저녁이 예수님을 위하여, 용서하고 용서 받음에, 감사하는 생각으로, 우리를 잠자리에 인도하여 주소서. 아멘.
