Good morning. This is a prayer, for a benediction and a blessing that we share with those who are gathered here, heeding God’s call to justice for New Zealand and any other Oceanian nations. (좋은 아침입니다. 여기에 기도가 있으며, 이곳에 모인 사람들과 함께 나누고자 할 감사기도와 축복을 위한 것이며, 이는 뉴질랜드와 다른 오세아니아 민족들을 위한 정의(正義)에 대한 하나님의 소명을 주목하고자 하는 것입니다.)

 

Let us pray. (우리 함께 기도합니다.)

 

God of every nation, we give our prayer in gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon us as we close this morning’s prayer meeting. We give our gratitude to You for the legacy of these nations, with New Zealand that our ancestors and founding fathers created and sustained. We cherish freedom, welcome any other immigrants, embrace diversity and savor justice and peace. (모든 민족의 하나님이시여, 우리는 오늘 아침 기도모임을 끝낼 때 우리에게 주신 축복에 대한 감사에 기도를 드립니다. 우리는 우리의 선조와 건국자들이 창조하고 유지했던 뉴질랜드와 더불어, 이곳에 있는 민족들의 유산에 대해 하나님께 감사를 드립니다. 우리는 자유를 소중히 간직하며, 여타 이민자들을 환대하며, 다양성을 포용하며, 정의와 평화를 만끽하는 것입니다.)

 

God of every voice, we hear a call for a new day ; a new day that equals economic opportunities given to the poor, widows and orphans, and a new day that these nations are full of the steadfast love of the Lord. We hear Your call for these nations to wake up to a voice that longs for leadership to be relevant to a new day. (모든 음성의 하나님이시여, 우리는 새로운 날을 위한 소명을 듣고 있습니다. 하나는 가난한 자들과 과부들과 고아들에게 주어진 경제적인 기회들을 균등하게 누리는 새로운 날, 또 하나는 이러한 민족들이 주님의 변함없는 사랑으로 충만한 새로운 날입니다. 우리는 새로운 날에 적절한 지도력을 갈망하는 음성으로 이러한 민족들이 깨어나게 하는 소명을 듣고 있습니다.)

 

God of justice, in times of change, may grant wisdom for the Chairman of Korean Society of New Zealand & Oceanian nations, David Hong and his staffs. May lead them together in continuing the legacy of freedom. May   lead them in bringing sacred change by creating a community that celebrates diversity and differences, that demands justice for all that seeks peace and unity, to provide an opportunity for them to achieve harmonious relationships one another. (정의의 하나님이시여, 변화의 시대에, 뉴질랜드 & 오세아니아 민족들의 대표 한인회 회장 홍영표회장과 그의 참모진들에게 지혜를 인정하여 주시옵소서. 그들을 자유의 유산을 지속하는 데에 모두 함께 인도하여 주시옵소서. 그들을 다양성과 구별된 차이들을 경축하는 공동체를 창조함으로써 신성한 변화를 가져오며, 평화와 화합을 찾고자 하는 모두를 위한 정의(正義)를 요구하고 있으며, 그들이 서로 화합된 관계를 성취하기 위한 기회를 제공하도록 인도하여 주시옵소서.)

 

God of grace, may grant Your blessing on all the leaders and communities who join in the prayer meeting this morning to carry out the responsibility to lead their future. By Your Holy Spirit, may give them grace to listen and grace to speak. May help them to discern where You are leading these nations. (은혜의 하나님이시여, 그들의 미래를 인도하기 위한 책임감을 수행하기 위해서 오늘 아침 기도모임에 참가하는 모든 지도자들과 공동체들에게 하나님의 축복을 인정하여 주시옵소서. 하나님의 성령으로, 그들에게 경청하고 말하는 은혜를 주시옵소서. 그들에게 하나님께서 이러한 민족들을 인도해 주시는 곳을 분별하여 깨달을 수 있도록 도와 주시옵소서.)

 

God of new creation, may the new Korea Community leadership of New Zealand and Oceanian nations trumpet a new day for these nations, so that our young people shall see visions and our old ones dream dreams (The Bible Acts 2:17), so that we sing a new song “Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever flowing stream.” (새로운 창조의 하나님이시여, 뉴질랜드와 오세아니아 민족들의 새로운 공동체 지도력이 이러한 민족들을 위한 새로운 날을 나팔로 알리게 하여 주시어서, 고로 우리의 젊은 사람들이 비젼을 보게 될 것이며 우리의 노인들은 꿈들을 꾸게 될 것이며 (성경 사도행전 2:17), 우리는 “정의(正義)가 물처럼 흘러 내리며, 의로움이 영원히 흐르는 시내처럼 흘러 내리게 하자.”라고 새로운 찬양을 부를 수 있게 될 것입니다.)

 

God of hope, may we lift up our voice to pray for a vision-filled future for these nations. May we build a bridge of harmony among all God’s people. May the national unity with our ministry and mission work of this prayer meeting provide hope for all people of God in these nations. (희망의 하나님이시여, 우리가 이러한 민족들의 비젼이 충만한 미래를 위해 기도하기 위한 우리의 음성을 높이게 하여 주시옵소서. 국가적인 단결이 이 기도모임에서 가진 우리의 사명과 임무가 이러한 민족들 안에서 모든 하나님의 백성들을 위한 희망을 제공되게 하여 주시옵소서.)
