God shall supply all our needs :

하나님께서는 우리의 필요를 공급해 주실 것입니다.

Lately, i've been craving for TangSooYook, which is a popular Chinese Korean dish that I ate growing up. It's basically sweet and sour beef and you can use the same sauce for fried fish, chicken or pork. 
Try it out at home for dinner. it's simply Delicious!! :-)

Ingredients (4 servings)
•	½ pound beef, cut into bite sized pieces 1½ inch x ½ inch x ⅓ inch, mixed with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
•	1 cup, ¼ cup, and 2 tablespoons of potato starch
•	1 egg white
•	⅓ cup’s worth of  cucumber, thinly sliced
•	⅓ cup carrot, thinly sliced
•	⅓ cup onion, thinly sliced
•	3-5 dried wood ear mushrooms (optional), soaked in warm water for 1 hour, drained, and chopped up into bite sized pieces
•	½ cup pineapple chunks
•	2 tablespoons of soy sauce
•	¼ cup vinegar
•	1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
•	⅓ cup of sugar
•	salt
•	water
•	Olive oil

Dipping sauce: In a bowl, combining 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and ½ tsp of chilli flakes

Directions:
1.	Combine 1 cup of potato starch powder and 2 cups of water in a bowl. Set aside for about 2-3hours until the starch sinks in the bowl.
2.	Pour out the water from the starch.  The starch will be solid and stiff. Add 1 egg white and ¼ cup starch powder and mix it well with a wooden spoon
3.	Heat up 3 cups of oil in a frying pan or wok. When it’s heated, mix the beef with the batter
4.	Using chopsticks or thong, add the battered beef into the oil one at a time and fry the beef strips for about 5 minutes until they turn light brown and crispy. 
5.	Move the fried crispy beef strips onto a strainer with paper towels. Set aside.
Make the sauce
1.	Heat up a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
2.	Add the sliced onion, and stir fry for 1 minute. Then add carrot, wood ear mushrooms and pineapple. Stir for additional minute.
3.	Add 1½ cups of water, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 3tbsp of sugar, and ¼ cup vinegar. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
4.	Lastly add the sliced cucumber.
5.	Mix 2 tablespoon of starch powder and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Add it to the sauce and stir it in. The sauce will thicken and glossy.
6.	Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
7.	Put the fried beef on a large platter.
8.	Pour the sauce over the beef strips.
9.	Serve it hot with a side of dipping sauce

 

God shall supply all our needs,

His word tells us these are all free.

Our eyes look above,

where God brought down His love.

하나님께서는 우리의 필요를 공급해 주실 것이며,

하나님의 말씀에 의하면 이러한 모든 것들이 무상인 것입니다.

우리는 하늘을 보아야 하는 것이며

그곳에 계신 하나님께서 사랑을 내려 주시는 것입니다.

Never Give Up. Never Lose Hope, Always Trust. God‘s love will work it out in the end.

 

Such wonder makes us stop and think;

Each day is filled with much to drink,

From the wells of Jesus' grace

We long to look upon His face.

이와 같은 경이로움은 우리를 멈추게하고 생각하게 하시며,

매일 많이 마실 것으로 가득 채워주시는 것이며,

이는 예수님의 은혜의 샘에서 오는 것이므로

우리는 주님의 얼굴을 쳐다 보기를 열망하고 사모하고 있는 것입니다.

God supplies our every need ;

Takes care of us

With His glorious riches,

not worldly wishes.

하나님께서는 우리의 모든 필요를 공급해 주시는 바,

우리를 돌보아 주시며

주님의 영광스러운 풍족함으로 이루어 진 것이므로

세상의 바램으로 이루어 지는 것이 아닌 것입니다.

 

At this moment we have what we need.

We’re thankful for what we receive.

Be anxious for nothing,

give God all our suffering.

God shall supply all our needs.

지금도 우리는 필요한 모든 것을 갖게 되엇습니다.

우리는 받고 있는 모든 것들에 감사를 드리는 것입니다.

그러므로 걱정할 것이 없으며

우리의 모든 고통을 하나님께 맡길 것이며

하나님께서는 우리의 모든 필요를 공급해 주실 것입니다.

This world lies to us. It is so full of deception. Those lies get a hold of our hearts and imprison us. Praise God that He has given us the truth and as we receive that truth, it sets us free. God is so good!!!
