God shall supply all our needs :

하나님께서는 우리의 필요를 공급해 주실 것입니다.

Lately, i've been craving for TangSooYook, which is a popular Chinese Korean dish that I ate growing up. It's basically sweet and sour beef and you can use the same sauce for fried fish, chicken or pork.
Try it out at home for dinner. it's simply Delicious!! :-)

Ingredients (4 servings)
•	½ pound beef, cut into bite sized pieces 1½ inch x ½ inch x ⅓ inch, mixed with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper
•	1 cup, ¼ cup, and 2 tablespoons of potato starch
•	1 egg white
•	⅓ cup’s worth of cucumber, thinly sliced
•	⅓ cup carrot, thinly sliced
•	⅓ cup onion, thinly sliced
•	3-5 dried wood ear mushrooms (optional), soaked in warm water for 1 hour, drained, and chopped up into bite sized pieces
•	½ cup pineapple chunks
•	2 tablespoons of soy sauce
•	¼ cup vinegar
•	1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
•	⅓ cup of sugar
•	salt
•	water
•	Olive oil

Dipping sauce: In a bowl, combining 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and ½ tsp of chilli flakes

Directions:
1.	Combine 1 cup of potato starch powder and 2 cups of water in a bowl. Set aside for about 2-3hours until the starch sinks in the bowl.
2.	Pour out the water from the starch. The starch will be solid and stiff. Add 1 egg white and ¼ cup starch powder and mix it well with a wooden spoon
3.	Heat up 3 cups of oil in a frying pan or wok. When it’s heated, mix the beef with the batter
4.	Using chopsticks or thong, add the battered beef into the oil one at a time and fry the beef strips for about 5 minutes until they turn light brown and crispy.
5.	Move the fried crispy beef strips onto a strainer with paper towels. Set aside.
Make the sauce
1.	Heat up a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
2.	Add the sliced onion, and stir fry for 1 minute. Then add carrot, wood ear mushrooms and pineapple. Stir for additional minute.
3.	Add 1½ cups of water, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 3tbsp of sugar, and ¼ cup vinegar. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
4.	Lastly add the sliced cucumber.
5.	Mix 2 tablespoon of starch powder and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Add it to the sauce and stir it in. The sauce will thicken and glossy.
6.	Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
7.	Put the fried beef on a large platter.
8.	Pour the sauce over the beef strips.
9.	Serve it hot with a side of dipping sauce

God shall supply all our needs,

His word tells us these are all free.

Our eyes look above,

where God brought down His love.

Never Give Up. Never Lose Hope, Always Trust. God‘s love will work it out in the end.

Such wonder makes us stop and think;

Each day is filled with much to drink,

From the wells of Jesus' grace

We long to look upon His face.

Does Jesus give you HOPE?

God supplies our every need ;

Takes care of us

With His glorious riches,

not worldly wishes.

At this moment we have what we need.

We’re thankful for what we receive.

Be anxious for nothing,

give God all our suffering.

God shall supply all our needs.

This world lies to us. It is so full of deception. Those lies get a hold of our hearts and imprison us. Praise God that He has given us the truth and as we receive that truth, it sets us free. God is so good!!!
