Thank you for your Sponsorship for

the 2017 Korean Day

The event is informed as;

           Name: 2017 Korean Day

           Date & Time: 10:00 -17:00, Saturday, 1st of April 2017

           Venue: North Shore Events Centre

          

Please refer to the guide for the booth / Inner

 1.     Please be aware that the parking in front of the main entrance will be closed at 9:30AM. We advise you to come in earlier to move in your belongings as it would be much easier. Please have your booth settings ready 30 minutes before the event starts at 10AM.

 2.     Event closes at 5PM. Please keep the place until the closing time.

 3.     A booth will be sized around 3m*3m. Each booth will be supplied with a table and 2 chairs.

 4.     Please bring your own extension cord if you need electricity.

 5.     The placement will be arranged by the type of booth. Please find your business name from tables arranged.

Please refer to the guide for the booth / Food

 1.     The size of the food booth is 3m*3m.

You should bring your own marquee, tables and chairs. Power and water will not be supplied.

 2.      Please read the Checklist before you prepare your booth

 

 

a.     If your food waste contains liquid, please separate the liquid and solid when you dispose it. You should bring the tools for it.

 b.     Please keep tables clean.

 c.     Please prepare the table cover if it is possible

 

 

d.    Please wear clean disposable gloves and be separate with any other contamination by customers, flies and dusts etc.

 e.      Please clean the area after the event finished.

 f.       To prevent any damage from a heavy wind please bring 4 heavy water bottles or sandbags and place around your tent

 3.     We recommend that you bring any signs in English to describe your food.

Please be aware that the parking in front of the main entrance will be closed at 9:30AM

 4.     The briefing be held at the society office (5 Argus Pl, Hillcrest, Auckland), 2PM on 22nd of March 2017 and the placement of boot will be drew. Parking tickets will be given on same day.

 5.      The market place will be set at the carpark in front of the gym, Please have your booth settings ready 30 minutes before the event starts at 10AM.

 a.      Set up : 8:00am-9:30am, You MUST be set up by 9:50am.

 b.     Packup : 5:00pm-5:30pm, You MUST be off site by 6:00pm.
