Time after time I went searching for peace in some void.
I was trying to blame all my ills on this world I was in.
Surface relations used me till I was done in.
And you know all the while.
Someone was waiting to free me from my sin.
You were there all the time, waiting patiently in line.
I will never again look for a fake rainbow's end.
You know I found that answer.
Somehow it's just starting to blend my life.
Sharing each new day with You is a cup of fresh wine.
And what I missed, You have been waiting, right there all the time.
